Scientific name: Dicoglossa Cuneata.
Oval body, elongated and narrow. Eyes on the right side of the body. Dicologlossa cuneata is a very frequent and abundant species in fish markets. The most frequent denomination, with a very large difference, is acedía. Dicologlossa cuneata acaedia is very popular in the kitchens of the western Andalusian coast. It lives at depths between 10 and 450 m mainly in the Eastern Atlantic and in the Mediterranean Sea. It can reach a maximum length of 30 cm.
